Loan
These are
the Standard Conditions relating to the use
of the My Home Loan web sites My Home Loan or My House
Loan (ABN 50 108 514 432). These terms
apply to you as a user of this service. It
is intended to ensure that you know your
rights and obligations when using this
service.
The purpose of the service offered by www.myhomeloan.com.au is
to connect you with a lending manager/
mobile lender to assist you with your
enquiry regarding a home loan, or mortgage.
- My Home Loan does not collect
information to sell or share as marketable
'lists'.
- My Home Loan is not a home loan,
mortgage or any other kind of lender.
- My Home Loan does not give advice
relating to mortgages or home loans, nor
does it provide investment advice.
- My Home Loan is not a credit provider
and does give advice on credit procedures.
- Information on all sections of the site
provided by My Home Loan is intended as a
guide only.
- My Home Loan attempts to keep
information up to date and reliable,
however cannot provide a guarantee.
My Home Loan is a referral service. My Home
Loan is not connected directly to any
mortgage lender. My Home Loan does refer
enquires to finconnect (Australia) Pty Ltd
Lending Managers who do have (as an
aggregator) head agreements with banks and
lending institutions. This does not imply a
connection (other than as an affiliate
member) with finconnect (Australia) Pty
Ltd. My Home Loan is not liable for any
part of their service, nor do we guarantee
their service. Lending Managers at
finconnect (Australia) pty ltd carry
professional indemnity insurance. My Home
Loan believes that this insurance is up to
date at all times; however; we cannot
guarantee that it is.
Limitation of Liability
My Home Loan is provided on an ‘as is’
basis without warranties of any kind,
either expressed or implied, including,
(but not limited to) warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, other than those warranties which
are implied by and unable of exclusion,
restriction or modification under the laws
applicable to transactions conducted on the
My Home Loan site.
The user expressly agrees that use of the
My Home Loan site is at the user’s sole
risk. The user understands that My Home
Loan does not make any warranty as to the
results that may be obtained from the use
of the My Home Loan site or as to the
accuracy, reliability or content of any
information or service provided through the
My Home Loan site.
This disclaimer of liability applies to any
damages or injury from any cause including
without limitation, failure of performance,
error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission,
computer virus, communication line failure,
unauthorized access to, theft or
destruction, alteration of, or use of
record, whether for breach of contract,
deceitful behaviour, negligence or under
any other cause of action. The user
acknowledges that My Home Loan is not
liable for the defamatory, offensive or
illegal conduct of other users or their
parties and that the risk of injury from
the foregoing rests completely with the
user.
In no event will My Home Loan or its
affiliates or agents be liable for any
damages whatsoever under any circumstances.
My Home Loan may change or amend the Terms
of Use at its discretion. Please check this
